So, how do you go about creating the ultimate productivity system? Here are 10 tips to get you started:

First things first, you need to know what you're working towards. Do you want to finally finish that project that's been lurking on your to-do list for months? Do you want to improve your work-life balance? Do you just want to make more time for Netflix and Chill? Whatever your goals may be, make sure they are clear and specific. This will help you stay focused and motivated.
Create a to-do list
A to-do list is a simple but effective tool that can help you keep track of your tasks and responsibilities. Just make sure to include all the things you need to do, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. You can use a notebook, a planner, or a digital tool like Trello or Asana to create your to-do list.
Use the "5-minute rule"
The "5-minute rule" is a productivity hack that can help you stay on top of your tasks. The idea is to do any task that takes less than 5 minutes right away, rather than putting it off. This can help you avoid procrastination and keep your to-do list from becoming a never-ending scroll of chores.
Break down big tasks into smaller ones
Large, daunting tasks can be overwhelming and intimidating. To make them more manageable, try breaking them down into smaller, more achievable tasks. This will help you stay focused and make progress on your goals one step at a time.
Set aside dedicated "work time"

You can use tools like Freedom or SelfControl to block distracting websites and apps or use the "Do Not Disturb" feature on your phone to minimize interruptions. Just make sure to turn off your "Do Not Disturb" when your boss tries to call unless you're trying to get fired (in which case, carry on).
Take regular breaks
While dedicated "work time" is important, it's also important to take regular breaks to rest and recharge. Research has shown that taking breaks can actually improve your productivity, as it gives your brain a chance to rest and refocus. So, make sure to step away from your work every now and then and take some time for yourself.
Use the "Pomodoro Technique"
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that can help you stay focused and avoid burnout. The idea is to work in 25-minute increments, followed by a 5-minute break. After 4 "pomodoros," take a longer break of 20-30 minutes. This technique can help you stay motivated and avoid feeling overwhelmed by your work.

Your physical workspace can have a big impact on your productivity. Make sure you have a comfortable, ergonomic setup that supports your work style. This might mean investing in a standing desk, a comfortable chair, or a second monitor. You should also make sure your workspace is organized and clutter-free, as a cluttered space can be distracting and overwhelming.
Set boundaries
To be productive, you need to be able to focus on your work without interruptions or distractions. This means setting boundaries with your co-workers, friends, and family. Let them know when you are available and when you need to focus on your work.
Stay healthy

You should also make time for activities that bring you joy and help you relax, such as hobbies or spending time with friends and family. My favourite thing to do is to walk around London. I try to walk at least 20 km every weekend because I don't have time to get away during the week.
